Film Courage: What ruins a story for you?
Dui Jarrod, Writer/Director: Inauthenticity. Is that how you say it?
Film Courage: I think, yes?
Dui: [Laughs] When you know that it’s not authentic. That is when it ruins a film or a story for me. When you know this is not the exact example of what this person would have done, felt or truly believed. I think it just always seems to take me out of the piece. That is what I see is not authentic.
Film Courage: Is it the acting? Is it the writing? How the character is portrayed?
