Film Courage: When you submitted the film to Sundance, was it a rough cut?
Patricia Vidal Delgado, Writer/Director: No, we had picture locked and I think we had like a temp mix.
“The no is guaranteed. So why not try for the yes?”

Film Courage: Did you do it thinking you had a really good chance or you thought let me just try this?
Patricia: It was more the latter. It was more like let’s just try it because I think that is all you can do. We have a saying in Portugal which is ‘The no is guaranteed. So why not try for the yes?’
Film Courage: How do you say it? I would love to hear it…(Watch the video interview on Youtube here).
